Guidelines
Abstract Writing Guidelines
General Rules
- Abstracts can be submitted in Turkish or English.
- The title must not exceed 50 words.
- The abstract text (excluding the title) must not exceed 1,000 words.
- A maximum of two tables and two figures may be included.
- References are not permitted.
- Abbreviations should be explained at first use.
- Abstracts should not have been previously published.
Abstract Structure
- Objective: The purpose of the study should be stated briefly and clearly.
- Materials and Methods: Study design and methods should be specified.
- Results: Results should be supported with statistical data.
- Conclusion: Conclusions based on findings should be drawn.

Oral Presentation
- Presentation time: 8 minutes
- Discussion: 2 minutes
- PowerPoint format
- 16:9 aspect ratio
E-Poster Presentation
- Digital format (PDF or PPT)
- 16:9 aspect ratio recommended
- E-poster will be uploaded to the system
- Must be presented during e-poster session
Author Information
- Corresponding author (presenter) must be specified.
- All authors' institutions must be fully written.
- Conflict of interest declaration is required.
